Double Layer Seamless Toe

Wrightsock's Double Layer styles offer a seamless toe like most performance socks do these days; however, as you can see on the below images, Wrightsock's seamless toe looks a bit different. This is due to the required attachments that connect the inner and outer layers together for our Double Layer system.

Even though it looks a bit odd, our seamless toe acts and feels the same on your foot as any other seamless toe design.

I have been wearing these sock for years. My last pair was worn with a heal hole in one of the two socks.

I am not happy with these new socks:

They are thinner and not as cushioned as the old type.
I wear these socks as a slipper. This new design has a ruffer interior.
Not as warm as the older socks.
Appreciate that the new socks are made from recycled plastic bottles. I am not buying anything that has this story as my buying requirement.
I do not want to buy something from recycled plastic bottles that does not meet my quality expectations.

I have 6 socks out of the plastic bag. I want to return for a full refund.

Best hikers $$ can buy!

I’m a sweater. I look at work and get hot & start to sweat. Even though I am in excellent physical shape - it’s genetics. I live in Alaska and am also an avid outdoorsman (hike/camp/hunt/fish) so wearing good gear is a must. I can’t wear merino wool because they add to me getting hot/sweaty and then wet. Enter Wrightsock Coolmesh II Patriotic Crew Sock: They help to regulate my temperature and not make me hotter than I normally am. The two layer system is awesome - no worries about blisters with the built in liners. They dry when hung in the tent overnight too. These are my go-to socks for all of my outdoor activities.

Too tight for muscular build

"Thick boned" people beware. The older design works fine for us. These are for the narrow people. I admit the description says they are a tighter fit. I liked the colorful design so tried them out. They bunch up my toes and constrict above ankles. Every time I end up pushing the tube parts down to my ankles. They also aggravated my big toe metatarsal joints by squeezing the big toes laterally and may contributed to growing the beginning of a bunion, as I just found out last week. Ouch. I thought the socks would stretch but apparently not enough for my feet. Took me a while to realize the socks were doing me harm, not just minor discomfort.
