Wrightsock offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products performance you can return it and request a refund or an exchange at no extra cost to you, with proof of purchase.
Anti Blister System Guarantee
(Double Layer Guarantee)
Wrightsock is proud to be the industry standard for blister protection, meaning if you do suffer from blisters on your feet while using our Double Layer products, we will issue either a full refund or an exchange for your order upon proof of purchase.
Please be aware that Wrightsock is not designed to protect against blister that occur between your toes, only the parts of your feet and legs in direct contact with the sock are protected by the Wrightsock Anti Blister System.
Warranty & Replacement Exclusions
Please note that our warranty and replacement policy does not cover the following scenarios:
- Items that have been intentionally damaged or destroyed—including those used as chew toys by pets—are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- If replacement requests become excessive and exceed the scope of the original order’s warranty, we reserve the right to deny further claims.
- "Lost items". We generally require the return of the original item(s) before processing replacements or refunds, to ensure the request is made in good faith. Claims for lost items may be denied if items are not returned.
- Our products are designed for walking, hiking, running, and similar activities. Damage occurring outside of these intended uses may not be covered under our warranty.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it at anytime. Simply call us at 800-654-7191 or email us at cs1@wrightsock.com, let us know the reason why you're returning your purchase and an email will be sent to you with a return label. Once you receive your return label stick it on a package and put a note inside with your returned product stating your request for a refund or your request for an exchange (and what the exchange is for) and put it in the mail box.
Purchased from another store?
We will replace the product if requested but if we cannot verify the authenticaty of the request (either by a receipt or invoice) then we cannot offer a refund.
