So happy to receive these socks! They last long, can wear for a few days before them smell which is great when camping.

I recently ordered three pairs of Merino Coolmesh II socks. They are actually replacement socks for some that I’ve been backpacking in for the last twelve years. A couple of pairs made the entire trip from Georgia to Maine in 2010 (oh that’s longer than twelve years). I am amazed at the longevity of these socks and how well they protect my feet from blisters. On the entire trip I only had two blisters and they were caused by the foot bed in my shoes sliding on edge of my foot over the rocks of Pennsylvania.
As an adult scouter I’ve taught numerous backpacking classes. At one class when I walked to the front of the room the entire class stood up and placed a foot on the desk in front of them. They all were wearing Wrigthsocks.
I now have 4 pair. One marino wool blend and the others are cool mesh. The best socks I’ve had yet!
Socks are comfortable. We will be wearing them as we walk the Camino de Santiago.
