The majority of the Coolmesh II Crew sock fiber content is made with Recycled Polyester. Recycled polyester yarns are made from recyclable plastic bottles, helping you enjoy blister-free runs, walks, and hikes while protecting the trails beneath your feet. This technical fabric blend is selected to help keep your feet dry, improve durability, and create a soft, thin, and comfortable feel during active use.
Double Layer Seamless Toe
Wrightsock's Double Layer styles offer a seamless toe like most performance socks do these days; however, as you can see on the below images, Wrightsock's seamless toe looks a bit different. This is due to the required attachments that connect the inner and outer layers together for our Double Layer system.
Even though it looks a bit odd, our seamless toe acts and feels the same on your foot as any other seamless toe design. The Double Layer design helps reduce friction around the heel and toe, providing lightweight protection and extra comfort with every step.

The seam between the two layers is located just behind your toes, at the top. As your toes flex, they tend to poke into this seam. The seam is wide and loosely sewn to the outer sock. The feeling is unsettling, like you’re poking through a hole.

These socks are good. I have some older double layer Wright socks which I prefer because they are thicker and heavier.
I have cerebral palsy and I am never had a psych that protects my foot in this way. They are amazing! Highly recommend for any type of rubbing protection for their feet!

Working really well for long hikes
I have had one pair of Wright socks for MANY years, finally decided to buy more. The new ones seem a little too snug, and a little thinner than my old pair. But so far they're working. I hope they hold up as well as the pair I've had for a couple decades :)
Soft and extremely comfortable.
They promise no blisters, and they delivered just that! I was on the verge of tossing my hiking boots, but with these socks I can definitely get a few more mile out of them. I ordered 4 pair, and will definitely be ordering more!
