Really good socks
I’ve worn these socks for regular use and they feel great. I’m looking forward to wearing them on a long hike.
I have used Wrightsocks for hiking for at least 5 years and have never had a blister with them! When someone says they are thinking about buying thin liner socks to wear inside of their "regular" socks, I tell them about Wrightsocks! My son and I will be wearing them on our A.T. thru-hike startig in late February 2022. Thank you for such a great product!
These are the only socks my husband has worn (year round) for years. He walks at least 3 miles and up to 12 per day. He swears by them!
I bought these socks a few days after I ended up with blisters on both heels following a hike in Saguaro National Park (East). I haven't had blisters since a Grand Canyon hike a few years back, but the trail that caused the blisters is moderately difficult with a 2,000 feet plus altitude gain in 3.5 miles. I received the socks a few days after ordering, and one week after getting blisters, was back in my hiking boots WITH NO PROBLEMS! I didn't even feel the blisters on that 6 mile hike, then two days later, a 7 mile hike with a 1,500 foot altitude gain. The blisters were still there and nearly healed, but not bothered in the least by the hiking. My wife has had one pair for more than 11 years and she still wears them. They're not the cheapest high-quality hiking sock but for me, clearly the best I've ever had and worth every penny. I plan to buy a few more pairs.
